Dear Dr. Jordan Peterson,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. As I sit down to write this, my heart is filled with gratitude and admiration for the profound impact you have had on my life, despite the fact that we have never met.
I grew up feeling trapped in a conservative environment, suffocated by traditional teachings and the weight of victimhood. I was angry at the world and everything it had done to me, and I felt helpless to change my circumstances. Depression consumed me, and I turned to books for solace.
But it wasn’t until I stumbled upon your lectures and teachings that my life truly began to change. Your unwavering commitment to truth, and personal responsibility opened my eyes to a world of possibilities I had never before considered. You helped me see that I was not a victim, but a victor, with the power to shape my own destiny.
Me being a woman didn’t make me a victim; me, being black didn’t make me a victim; me, being a Nigerian didn’t make me a victim, nothing did. I had the power, and it was up to me to take charge. After that, you became the hero I didn’t know I needed. In a world that often tries to silence dissenting voices, your courage to stand up against political correctness has been a source of strength and inspiration for me. Your words have given me the courage to face my own demons and to work tirelessly towards becoming the best version of myself.
You have become a hero to me, a guiding light in a world that can often feel dark and uncertain. I am forever grateful for the positive impact you have had on my life, and I hope to one day meet you in person to express my gratitude in person.
Thank you, Dr. Peterson, for being a true intellectual and a man of integrity. Your teachings have touched countless lives, and I am honored to count myself among them.
With heartfelt gratitude and admiration,
Michelle.
